Prof Dr Hassan Khalil had a dream and he is going to realize it - to build and to open ISOC - the INTERNATIONAL SARAY OF ORIENTAL CULTURE, one of the biggest studio for Oriental Culture & Dances and Folklore in the Middle East.

This saray has been founded to serve the researches, seminars, workshops and lectures in all the fields of oriental culture, especially in the Middle East.

ISOC will be a main meeting point for all dancers and friends of oriental dance from all over the world.

ISOC will serve the dances and dancers from all the world with all the kinds of dances, specially oriental dance, ballet dance, modern dance ...

ISOC will help all the researchers in the field of folklore, specially folk dances, songs & lyrics and costumes.

ISOC will arrange field work for dancers and researchers of folk elements according to their favourite themes. ISOC will accompany, together
with professors and teachers, the dancers and researchers to the sources of folk dances in ethnography, anthropology, music, costumes …

ISOC accepts groups and individual private lessons for oriental dancers.

ISOC offers individually choreography for oriental dance, workshops, performance.

ISOC will offer the program in training for beginners, advanced, master-class. Maybe we can help you to choose your course?!

The INTERNATIONAL SARAY OF ORIENTAL CULTURE works in co-operation with many international and famous professors, teacher, trainer and choreographer and organisations like ICODAC, the International Center of Oriental Dance Art and Culture in Brussels, Belgium (www.icodac.be)

You find the villa of ISOC up on the top of the mountain Mokatam(near Cairo centre), so you will find yourself over Cairo. In seven minutes you will be in the centre of Cairo (Khan al Khalili), in fifteen minutes at the airport in Heliopolis. You will find a garden for relaxation, library for study, halls for dancing and good places to meet friends in the field of oriental dance.
